Change Over Day  

We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings.  However alternative days can be negotiated especially for bookings during the low season

Please arrive after 3pm and vacate the apartment before 10am on your day of departure. This also may be negotiated depending on the next/previous occupancy.  

Some Guidelines

We provide towels in the apartment however please use your own towels for the beach.

We do not mind smokers, ashtrays are provided, but please don't smoke inside the apartment, you will be enjoying the balcony and solarium mostly any way! 

We do have a hairdryer.

Credit Card Payment

Payment by credit card  will mean the security deposit is not required but will be secured against your credit card through Villa renters availability calendar

We also accept payment via PayPal

Booking Deposit

We recommend booking by credit card through Villa Renters, as this gives you peace of mind. To use this please book via the availability calendar 

However we recognise that you may wish to pay by cash or deal directly with us this is the process for cash/cheque transactions: -

Booking will be confirmed on receipt of £100 deposit (€150). The full payment, plus a refundable security deposit of £150, (€225) is required 6 weeks before start of holiday, to be paid by cash, or cheque.  After your stay, subject to the safe return of all keys and no damage or breakages the £150  security deposit will be returned. If you do not wish to leave a cash deposit, this is booking through Villa renters they charge a one off surcharge guarantee fee.


Other charges

Handover cleaning is charged at 50 euros.  This is payable locally at the apartment.  (This is per stay not per week.)

If you wish to arrive late this can be arranged there is a  late arrival callout charge 35 euros  (defined as after 8pm).  This is payable locally at the apartment.

We are a private couple, booking out our holiday home in Spain, so you can have confidence booking directly with us. However if you choose to book through Villa Renters, you can pay by Credit Card which does provide extra peace of mind for you, but does incur the usual small booking charge with them.


Final Payment

Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure. This can be paid by cheque to us in sterling in the UK or this can  be paid into our Spanish bank account in Euros, by PayPal or through VillaRenters.   You will be sent a full information pack with address, detailed directions and key holder contact. If payment is not received 3 weeks prior to departure the booking will be treated as cancelled and the full deposit claimed.

Changes

Prior to the final payment, booking changes to alternative dates may be possible if the new dates are free.

Claim of complete payment. If there is any doubt when booking, that a cancellation may occur (E.g. due to ill  health), then we recommend you take out holiday insurance, if we can re-book this we will refund you less 10% for admin.
