Some Rules

Please use your own towels for the beach.

No smoking inside the apartment and no pets.

Change Over Day

This is generally on Saturday as we prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings. However alternative days can be negotiated especially during bookings for the low season.

Please vacate the apartment before 10:00 am on your day of departure and arrive after 15:00 pm. This is worst case and depends on the next/previous occupancy.

Booking Deposit

Booking will be confirmed on receipt of £100 deposit (€150). Full payment, plus a refundable security deposit of £150, (€225) required 6 weeks before start of holiday. to be paid by Cash, cheque or bank trans.

Guests cannot enter the property before 3pm and must leave by 10am. (A full inventory will be carried out and deposit returned) Late arrival callout charge - 35€ (after 8pm). Payment by credit card will mean the deposit is not required but will be secured against your credit card.

After your stay, subject to the safe return of all keys and no damage or breakages, the £150 deposit will be returned.

Payment

Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure. This can be paid into our Spanish bank account in Euros or in sterling in the UK. We will send you an invoice at the time and include Spanish bank account details. You will also receive a full welcome pack with address, directions and key contact etc. If payment is not received 3 weeks prior to departure the booking will be treated as cancelled and the full deposit claimed.
